Authors interested in giving a presentation are invited to submit an abstract in English, as a Word-file of up to 2 (A4) pages, with Results (and Discussion) representing at least one page, to be evaluated by the programme committee. The abstract must include a comprehensive title, the name of all authors, their complete affiliation, and clear results and conclusions to allow the scientific committee to judge on the quality of the work. Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail (see below) as an attached file before 15ᵗʰ March 2024. Registration is a prerequisite for an abstract to be included in the final programme. Those who prefer to have a poster presentation can mention this in their e-mail when sending the abstract. As far as possible, abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation but poster presentation will be possible as well.

Please label your Abstract file as follows: “Name of presenting author.doc”. If a same author submits more than one Abstract, please label the as “Name of presenting author-1.doc”, “Name of presenting author-2.doc”. No more than two Abstracts should be submitted by a same presenting author, using the template that can be downloaded here.
